Well, I got the okay to go today, but it would be at the price of going to CCAG... for those who have been in the past, how was it? Was there a lot of good stuff for sale, and what kind of stuff? I wanna make sure I make the right decision here!

Hell yeah, I'm hardcore like that.

Originally, we were gonna take the boat, but my dad took the speed option instead. Besides, he got us round trip tickets for something like $190 through our travel agent, so all is well!

Although now instead of leaving Friday night, I have to get my ass out of bed early Saturday morning, but I'd rather make the trip in an hour rather than 7.

I was thinking, seeing as there's so many of us going, we should make an "Official Benheck Nametag" or something of the like, with our usernames and real names, just in case we want to chat it up with our fellow members or have a gaming showdown sometime!

What do you guys think?

That's a great idea. If we do that, I'd say something noticeable, but not too much. I suppose a nametag would work, though

Another idea: Those that are going, please PM me your cell phone number. We can all meet up at some point, maybe 3:00 Saturday? Of course, that time would be flexible and could be adjusted if needed (like, if Ben is speaking then

). We could figure out a place to meet and all that at the time. Me, Ben, Gannon and G-force will probably be together for the most part already, at least to begin with, so that should help get a group together

Awesome! I'll shoot you over my digits here in a few minutes. For the idea of the nametag, or if we do shirts like gannon suggested, I whipped up a quick template:

That's what 30 seconds of MS Paint gets you, but you guys get the idea. I'm sure some of you could photoshop circles around that, so feel free to post something better! I'm just putting out the basic outline.

Pfff, fail. Tickets are $700 round-trip per person, so it'd be $1400 for flights for me and my dad. If it were cheaper, he said we could've gone.

Have fun guys! Hopefully you guys can come out to California if there's a convention here.

Did you guys just check online? We did, and the cheapest flight from Detroit showed up as $450 round-trip, but my dad called a travel agent after that, was on the phone for about an hour and was able to get a direct flight from Detroit to Milwaukee for only $185 a person!

I just checked online, I can get a round trip flight for only $10 more than a bus ticket (for friday/sunday), but they won't tell me the departure times for each flight until after I book, so it's pretty iffy (would hate to miss out on sunday due to an early departure time)
