anyone use OSG?

Hey I have a JVC x'eye that I payed ood money for that I think the USPS destroyed (last time I don't buy insurance)

and Well, after a close examination I believe the daughterboard is bad, I have emailed OSG to see if they could do anything, ofcourse they don't sell parts, and they patronized me fro actually taking the system apart and called it "Tampered" (to me tampered involves a soldering iron)

I was mainly wondering if anyone here hadused them and if they were anygood...
