VMU Gaming Console

Yes... this has already been posted about on Dreamcast Forum, I know, but I want help, I have decided to use the whole VMU as the cartridge, which, plugs into a larger vmu! I need to know though how I get a VMU file to permetaly stay on the vmu and replace the operating system, so the master vmu reads the data from that one, sends it across, and plays it!
