They probably ARE like that though. I bet one of the Japanese things on the package says "Contains Candy!" either that or "Contains OxiContin!"

And, WTF are Rockets? some crazy Canadian candy?

Omg I love watergames. It was videogames before I got Tiger games!!!!! There was some darn good Tiger games man..... And some darn good water games.....

My first thought is that they're some sort of thickening agent you put in with the water to make the coins move slower.

There was writing on the bag. I would have googled whatever was written on the bag but from that picture there's no way a word could even be deciphered.
