Making a game - Sprites

Post by Neildo_64 »

I've been working on a game for a while now. So far I just have most of the engine done and most of the main character sprites done. I was wondering what you guys thought of the sprites. His name is Sun.

They are all 100% original and there are no two sprites on there that are the same. Some of the animations (even though they look like they are together in places) are missing some frames because they use a sprite that is somewhere else on the sheet and I only wanted to show each sprite once.

I haven't thought of a name for the game yet, and its being made in TGF.

Does anyone else look at these and say "Link sprites!"?

There is a resemblance, (which could be a complement that you've created such professional results) but I'm 3-4 feet away from the screen with no enlarging.

...I thought it was at first, until I read this post. :P

Very nice job though!

Yeah, I noticed that after I had made about half of them. Jeez even when I try to make something original, it has already been done..
