Thought I'd ask since some of you likely use this program. How did some of you get it up and running. I ask because I downloaded it, installed it and input all the right information, but still can't connect.

Now I don't have a software firewall (Windows is disabled), I don't have anything that impedes software from accessing ports. Yet every time I press the connect button I immediately get an "Unable to connect to server". So if there is something someone can suggest as to how to get it working, great!

Thank you.

Have you installed a server? There's a separate program for it.

No I haven't installed a server, yes I know there is a separate program for that. I'm trying to connect to a server. What is really screwing me up is that on the FAQ or Troubleshooting page they a question where they say it's a number of seconds. I don't get that it's right after I hit the "Connect" button I get the message.

Try opening port 3784 on your firewall/router if you haven't already.
