Apparently someone made a Peter character for <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M.U.G.E.N">MUGEN</a>. I'm looking for it now.

I like the "gut stomp" move. This would be a great addition to my HTPC <s>if I could find the darn thing.</s>
