not particularly.

its ni-cd, pretty low capacity. if the price was a super bargain it might be worth it, but it isnt. look for a similar product but in ni-mh

edit: oh wait. Australian dollars. well then i dont have any idea if thats a high or low price.

however, i did a quick search, and this site dosent seem to sell anything but ni-cds apparently.

what you are looking for is something the same size and voltage as link #1 but like 1.5 times the capacity.

For some reason it isn't on the site, but is in the 2007 hard catalog, go with sub c's. There was a bargan bin once at DSE, I got 10 sub-c (unpackaged, dirty) nimhs for $10. Best deal ever.

Try jacar, much better.
