Well..you could basically poison the DNS for there connections so every site they access goes to google or something less friendly.

I'm sure someone here knows a site that automatically download lots and lots of viruses to the computer. Or something that makes it unusable.

Or maybe you should talk to Skyone...

Do ALL of the above, starting with the upside-down screen, gaining access to their C drive, planting many many viruses, then blocking their access completely. That should teach them not to steal a nerd's bandwidth!
