Wanna help and have fun ?
My neighbors who I hate are using my wifi, I will put a WEP on it eventually but until then I wanna mess with them. Got any good suggestions of anything I could do ?

Make a NET SEND batch file that sends them a "Get Off My Network" message over and over.

Aww... and I was just going to tell about the administrative shares... 
Right click My Computer, select Manage.
Expand "Shared Folders"
You should see things like C$ and ADMIN$. Respectively, those are the C drive and the system root directory shares. If you type "//XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/C$" into the Run box (where XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is the machine's IP address) you should be able to get into the machine. Hey the root of the hard drive is better than just the stupid shared documents folder...
If it asks for a login, use Administrator with no password (Windows default
). Unless they know anything about computers and changed it you should be in.
NOTE: I do not condone illegal activities.
