Resistors in series (one after the other, end to end) add their resistance together, so a 5 ohm and 5 ohm equal 10 ohms. To mean, that means your PAL TV must be able to RECIEVE 60 Hz that's being put out by the SNES. I don't know if this mod would affect the playability of the system on normal 50HZ mode.Your TV must be able to display a PAL60 signal for this mod to work (most TVs with SCART sockets will be ok).
