Radica Help!!!!!
I tried wiring up the radica and get nothing. The onboard games still go. I didn't bother taking the chip off... do you need to do that? Also where does NC on the chip go? I think it's VCC. And there's a couple areas on the cart, I think its A21 and A22, that don't hook to anything. Am I doing something wrong?
