Gamecube Hipgear ScreenPad Pinout

Hey, after some wear and tear, and being stuck in a box my hipgear screenpad's wires fell off.
I need a gamecube hipgear screenpad pinout, not the ps2 one thats on this site.

Does anyone have this pinout? (Gamecube not PS2)

Also, if I cannot get these wires back on, could someone do this for me? I don't know if I could pay, but it would help me make a portable, that I am going to sell. (Heck, I'd give ya a discount on the selling price!!)
