Vacuum Forming?
I'm trying to make a triwing screwdriver. By using the screw head on my table, would I be able to cast anything useful?

Yes, but it would be hard.
First, you'd take a silicone mold of your screw, Or Vaccum form with really thin plastic. Then, you'd make a hard mold that can withstand lots of heat of THAT mold (Pour it in). Then you pour molten metal or some other really hard substance into THAT mold, and you have yourself the head. Then you have to mount it to a screwdriver.
