I was thinking of taking an NES, SNES, and N64 and putting them in this case and then rewiring the cart slots to the disk drives. Also if I can I would make it so the cart slot comes out like a normal disk drive. I just have a few questions that would be greatly appreciated if answered.
1. What are the motherboard dimensions of a Nes, Snes, N64, and Gamecube
2. Would I need more cooling than is in the case i picked?
3. How much would be the estimated price be if I sold this thing?
4. Are their any wireless controllers for the Nes, Snes, and N64?
5. Do you personally think this is a waste of time and money?

The screen thing would be a good idea.Kurt_ wrote:Oh, you mean no computer will be inside? That's ub3r easy!
1) SNES/NES Fami thing.
2) N64
Using IDE or whatever that cable is that works really really well for the cartridge slot, wire the N64 one up next to it.
And if you want to be unique, hook up a screen to the side of the case.
You could even get your 12v from the power supply the case comes with, so you don't have to mess with the individual power adapters. Cooling should be fine, the case looks like it has a side fan and a fan on the power supply. Have the av switcher in the computer case, so it looks better. The cart slot coming out seems kinda pointless.

I got a query error. I'm assuming the server is being moved.

That's my idea. IDE cable is nice because it plugs right into the N64.
Of course, you can get yourself a nice big 10-20" screen on there with a composite convertor. SInce it's not a portable it's worth it.

Hey, sup?
Well, It don't really need a cooling fine... N64 and the GC generate heat but:
1. Not enough
2. Well, not enough
And you can make a "False" power supply: Take everything off the PSU but keep the plug (desolder everything on it). Buy a cheap "Multiplug" (You know the thing you plug in a normal wall plug and you can have 6 plug instead of 2) Plug all your console on it, put wire on the pin and solder them on the PSU plug. So you will have a PSU who working like an normal plug...
If im not clear I will make a pic...
*Sorry for the bad spelling...

NO! It will be kinda cool and MUCH easier tu put cartdrige* in!The cart slot coming out seems kinda pointless.

Why, there isn't any technical reason to have it go in, and the cartridges (<thats how you spell it) are thin enough that your fingers could reach in and grab it out. You could even have them stick out a bit for fat finger people.JKO-K6 wrote:NO! It will be kinda cool and MUCH easier tu put cartdrige in!The cart slot coming out seems kinda pointless.
I think the case power supply would still be the easiest way to power them, I think they can all run off 12v (except the 3.3v for the N64, but the power supply might be able to provide that too).
WHAT?! "FINE"? Why do I type that??? lol
But about your question about the Quebec :49% want to separate, 50% don't want to...(and 1% is sleeping lol) So you can see how tight it is... One of the MAJOR problem is that we have 2 tax: The Canada one and the Quebec one. Instead of having like I don't know... 3% of tax, we have 7% so if we go alone we will have only 3% too. Also many Canadian don't like us...well, hate us... (Just because we are French...Stupid...)
