Asking a nerd advice on love is like........asking a priest who his favorite porn star is.

Hmm. Be yourself. You never know if you are talking with a geeky girl. Some tips

-Check out the chess club
-Go after the Asian girls, they are generally geeky (for the most part).

Maybe instead of looking for geeky girls, look for smart ones. Girls seem like they don't want anyone to know they are geeky, but they'll likely open up as you get to know them and then know you'll accept their geekiness. As I type this, I am IMing a smart girl I like about spontaneous human combustion (she asked me if I knew anything about it).

Maybe JKO-K6 could give us some tips.

Well actually, what was already said is pretty good: Just meet Girl.
Be funny (And try to put Small Video Games reference I your joke, you will maybe find one that love VG more easily

Stay attractive (Ugly people who don't smell good are not attractive. Super Model are attractive but will have Super Model girl... And they mostly don't like Video Games or Computering...)
And be yourself! Personaly I don't look Geeky ( Well, maybe, I'm always with Die-Hard Gamers... But alone I don't!)

Your english seems fine to me, better than most people on the forums, and they don't have an excuse. I don't think you've made any mistake the average english speaker wouldn't.

you dont want a geek girlfriend. at least at my school you dont. all the "geek" girls at my school are annoying, dress like emo's, and are OBSESSED with anime.

Yep same here, and its gets REALLY annoying when they are constatnly talking about anime.
