Good DS Emulators

Post by Kurt_ »

I'm looking for good emulators that run 90% or better on my DS for uh...legal backup purposes. Particularly a good SNES emulator.

I have it. It's glitchy. In Chrono Trigger the text is below the sprite layer.

You're clearly new to this sort of thing...

There's an emulator for almost everything pre-PS1.

I can't get SNEmulDS to work... I put the roms in the SNES folder and it says they aren't there! Can anyone help me?

If you're looking at this post and it was made before 2008, just ignore it.

I thought Downgrading was annoying as hell to do, and then after you downgrade, I heard you can't play GTA on your PSP.

You heard wrong, downgrading is easy as long as you have an older firmware, and then you upgrade to 3.30 OE and you can play homebrew and PSP games.

Yar, search for MarcaDS. Got about 112 games supported in Mame right now.

Snes? There are three, SnesEmulDS is great, but you need FAT support for it.

SnesDS is a long story. It was based on SnesAdvance (for gBA) which ran slowly, no sound, but it DID run... it was amazing, I remember when it came out. It's insane. Anyway, on the DS it has great sound, and many games work. You also don't need FAt support.

Same goes for SnezziDS.
