I love the New Logo, it kicks ass, a lot better than that dull one.

Hey at least the ads to pay for this site is adds for stuff we normally look for :D so it all works out.

Alright, will there be a change in the color of the board?

I don't want to make an "I'm leaving" thread, but I've sort of lost interest in this board. So if you notice that I'm gone, that's why.

maybe a more futurist/geeky or something. And don't forget that if Ben's add a new Board looking, you can always choose the one you like in your profile option ;)

If we click on the ads will this give you more money? Or do they just have to be there to earn? Surely then the people who disliked them could click on them like crazy thus earning more money and eventually removing the needs for advertisements.

Just an idea.
Meh... So I don't post much?

The only problem is that this forum looks like every other phpBB board. It needs individuality

If you want another skin, then you can use Firefox and Stylish to make your own CSS definitions for it. Theoretically, any phpbb skin can be ported to Stylish, because all they do is replace images and colors.

The problem is that most phpbb skins look like crap. SubSilver is nicely designed, easy to read, and best of all doesn't regulate the width of the forum which is about the most annoying thing ever.

Forums should be about the information and people it has, not how shiny it is. SubSilver is just shiny enough.

Kinda surprised by the fact that I've already clicked on the ads, faster than typing out something I want on ebay if it's up there already :P

I believe the ads give me a percentage of the final item sale and a small amount every time a bid is made. So yes, if you need any of that crap, click these links and it'll support the site. It doesn't affect your cost on eBay at all, so it's a win-win. I could dig up a Search entry box as well perhaps.

To be honest the ads have always made more than the site costs, but now that the site costs about $35 more a month I wouldn't mind the ads bringing in a little extra as well.

Any items I should ad or change to the ad banner? (can't add more since it'd be taller than the logo thing) What is useful to you all?

I don't hate the ads, but I think you should maybe make the font a little smaller, or make it wider, like replace a row with a column.

Well the problem with the ads is at least in my case. The forum gets "pushed down" if you know what I mean. If they wouldn't do this I'd be happy.

I think the search box you mentioned would be best, then we can use it for anything we buy on ebay, and you get money, too.

Maybe you can make it random? You know, make a long list of items one would want relating to what we talk about and have a list cycle through them? Other than that, I think it's fine.
