well, if I were you, I'd seriously think about starting an NES collection and just keeping the games.OAtH_OS wrote:He used to game. He bought them when the games were coming out, and took very good care of them. Now, All he does is play Pogo and cheat to get on some Suduku Highscore Board. So he gave it all to me.

tbh you don't have anything thats totally OMG RARE, e.g. Bubble Bobble Part 2, Little Samson and the like. I would say the Crowns of that colletion are the Donkey Kong Classics, Mega Man 6, and Turtles (aside from still popular titles like your Zelda and FF, which you already knew their worth).
It's still a nice collection, either to start out with or sell individually, but from what I see there you aren't going to be able to buy a car or retire or anything from your payout, if you do decide to sell them.

Don't get his hopes up haha. I'm prolly interpreting your post wrong, but to me it seems like you are saying that if you have an NES game in box it is instantly worth big money, which is not the case. Sure some are but it is definitely not the norm.Kurt_ wrote:You have yourself a little more than a SMALL fortune there. All those boxed games...
If you do sell them, sell them wisely. Or sell the ones you don't like.

He has a few average money titles. These he will get around $40 each for.
FF prices fluctuate, I payed $20 for mine, it depends on if you have the maps and all the insterts. With the condition that the rest of the games are in, I assume it comes with these.
Adventures of Link will sell, because it is of course a Zelda title. Not a lot of people like this one though, so you will get less for it then you would the first LoZ. Again, will sell more with Maps and all inserts. Being the classic version my hurt it a little; they grey cart may be slightly more rare, but the people remember the gold carts normally, and thats what they want to own.
Mega Man 6 just sold CIB $40+
Castlevania 3 I cannot gauge a fair price on, but I think this will hit $40 as well.
Donkey Kong Classics is $18.50 BIN on ebay right now. Dunno if this is a fare price or not; I'm assuming it's a little high, as someone would have pulled the trigger on it already if it was.
Everything Else is under $10 each.
Maybe we are having a "language barrier" problem here. As a collector of these, a "decent amount" to me is considered to be well over $100 (e.g. Little Samson, Bubble Bobble Part 2, Stadium Events, Chubby Cherub, Panesian adult-only Titles, etc.)
