Nope, I posted my other last 2 posts on it. In any case, wrong section. :P

Thanks for the update. The mesmerizing blue light has been on on my Wii ever since I got home, but I just assumed it was a message from some dork. :P Checking it out now.

Is that why the will light turns on some times? Because of messages and updates?

...I think the Wii Drive Light should always be on, that'd look sweet 8)

I think there was a hack on HAD or somewhere about having it always on.

Yeah but it would get boring after a while, just savor the moments when it is on.

i found this post a long time ago and did this mod:
http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=574908

its a simple transistor that switches the light on when the wii is active and keeps it off when in standby or sleep mode. for me, all the other functionality is still there, ie pulsing, the flash when it turns on, etc. and it is fairly dim when its is on so it's not distracting.

Wrong actually, when you get a new Mii, it doesn't flash. Same with an update, the message along with the update will make it flash. :P

The new browser is pretty neat. Youtube actually plays pretty decently now, and looks great (I'm pretty sure the Wii is running anti-aliasing on it.) I've not crashed it yet, and starts up faster too. Zoom works better, with more stages of zooming.

I'm not sure about the new B button scrolling, and the sound it makes annoys me. USB keyboards still don't work, and typing with the Wiimote is a pain.

try unplugging the wii from the wall, then put the keyboard in, then plug and turn the wii back on.. it might work

Er, the Opera team said they hadn't implemented any USB/keyboard drivers yet. I don't know why, it's becoming a pain to type every message by Wiimote pointing.
