Dreamcast battery powered

Post by hy phrend »

ok so i was on portablesofdeath and i was looking on how to get the dreamcast to run off of battery's, i found a good diagram but it uses AA batteries, which i would rather not use on the dreamcast laptop i want to make. And yes i understand that i'm an idiot for making my first portable/laptop from a dreamcast because of this problem. But does anyone have any other ideas on how to use batteries without having to use AA's.

EDIT: nvm, i forgot to search before i posted. sorry. i'm not a newb when it comes to forums, even though the search just slipped my mind, but i am a newb when it comes to this stuff. i found this website the other week. but still comments are still appreciated. thanks.

if you wanna make it easier on yourself then grab a power supply unit for a gamecube it needs 12 volts but can run on anything up to 16 (
