UH OH! I lost my Gamestop Preorder Receipt!!!

I never preorder games. But I did just this once for Super Paper Mario on Wii. They told me to keep the receipt, but I'm almost 100% sure I threw it out with the bag I bought some other games in. Am I screwed, or will they give me my game? I paid in full when I reserved it, does that matter? I need a speedy answer, as I'm leaving in 20 minutes to get it!

Your customer information is stored in the computer. You shouldn't have any problem.

Yeah, I preordered Phantom Hourglass, and I lost the receipt. You don't need it - they store your data.

don't worry if you want another just go and put some more money on it and you'll be able to get another one... if not go there, cancel it then re do it that should give you one...

I'm assuming that it was Ok, and he got his game, mainly because he is still probably playing it right now, and we would have gotten a rant by now if there was a problem.

I am SO PISSED right now!!!

I went to GameStop to get my game; I had paid for it in full, a total of $55 (game plus tax). However, the employee who pre-ordered the game the first time was obviously new, as he couldn't even work the computer. So today, I wait in the long line, get to the front, and tell them I reserved Super Paper Mario and paid in full when I did so. The lady calls up my order, and says "I'm sorry, you only put $5.50 on this game." THE ASSHAT WHO DID THIS THE FIRST TIME PUT IN $5.50 INSTEAD OF $55!!! And since I lost the receipt, I have no way of showing this! So I traded in a TON of good games to that damn store for absolutely nothing. I was fuming when I heard this, and just stormed out of the store muttering things small children probably shouldn't hear. So unless I find that receipt, I'm out $45 and a great game, and those bastards at G$ are $45 richer.
