Impatient, aren't we? (18 minutes isn't all that long. :roll:)

Windows Media Player should be able to do it. Or maybe Windows Media Encoder (though I've never used it). If you're converting from WMA to MP3 you can probably use MediaCoder.

Couldn't you just burn an Audio CD? Nero and WMP would do that. Provided the MP3 isn't longer then 80mins
