Tis good.. I prefer the songs on Guitar Hero instead of Guitar Hero 2.

I prefer Guitar Hero 2's songs though.

Like I said, kind of addicted...

Wow! Nice work! I am still playing on easy at the moment, but I improved a lot last night (my second night of playing). I started getting 5 stars on songs like Message in a Bottle, Carry on Wayward Son, and Killin' in the Name so I guess that's something.

My wife is still bettering me though (she's up to playing on medium now).

Yeah! Carry on Wayward Son is a pretty rockin' song and a lot of fun to play too. It's one of my favorites at the moment along with Life Wasted, Message in a Bottle, and Killin' in the Name. The STP song Trippin' on a Hole in a Paper Heart kicked my ass though!

A noobish question for you Guitar Hero veterans out there... How do you get the encores? Do you have to pass the set lists for each venue on Medium or higher? That's my hunch, but just wondering if someone can confirm. Thanks!

@jones To get encores, play career mode. Once you beat 4 songs in a set, you will be asked to play an encore. Your difficulty has to be higher than easy to be able to play encores though.

Thanks Jedi! I've been doing Career mode, but on Easy. I noticed the store isn't available until you play Medium or higher so I figured it might be the same deal with the encores. Thanks again for the clarification.

Lookin' forward to playing that Spinal Tap song! I think it's the encore for venue 2.

Yeah I too am a GH fanatic. I got the 2nd one as soon as it came out for the ps2, a day earlier I think. The multiplayer is simply amazing compared to GH1. And the practice mode really is an improvement.
