The specs on my computer are fairly close to this (aside from my AMD X2 4200 and 7900GT), but from the looks of the case you may run into some heating problems if you just stick a high-end card into this machine. Mine looks like this, with two fans in the front, one in back (plus the power supply fan), and one on top, and my graphics card (which has a Zalman VF900 installed on it) still gets about 45C when I'm playing demanding games. Although most of what I've seen aren't very good, you may want to install a PCI slot case cooler below your graphics card, since the bottom-back corner of the case doesn't get very good airflow.
You should also check out the power rating for your power supply, to make sure that it will be able to provide the power that your card needs.
It also looks like the motherboard only has 1 PCI-E x16 slot, so I hope you don't have your heart set on going SLI (although with an 8800 card you really won't have to be worried about that for the next couple years anyway).

GeForce 8800GTS' can be had for 279 or so now.
Cooling won't be a problem in that case. Assuming it has a 350+ watt power supply, neither will power.
I'm running an 8800GTS, Core 2 Duo, and other amenities in this exact case- a microATX mini-tower- without any performance hinderence or heating issues. My setup has been rock stable since conception.
