wiring controllers

if i cut the pcb of a controller how exactly do i rewire it :?:
Do i just solder the connections together and if i do that how do i soldier to the really small connections
:?:
i cant say what i am working on, its a surprise :D

Cut the contacts off. Strip[ some wire. Scratch the traces to where you get to the copper on each side. Solder each end to the other corrospanding.
