psp/eb games question?
I was thinking about buying a psp from eb games used(hopfully with 1,5 firmware) and 1 gig memory stick anyways though my first question is how much would that cost in canadian. (doesnt say on websites or anything thats why im asking all canadian versions of sites dont show squat) and 2nd If I brick my psp and take it back to eb games with out saying anything about bricking it will they give me a hard time about it or no questions asked kinda thing?

Used PSP's are 159 USD, which is about 183 Canadian dollars.
They will try to turn on the PSP when you trade it in to verify whether it is working. They will under no circumstance accept a bricked PSP. If you let the batteries run down- all the way down- and you tell them that the batteries are dry, you might get away returning it.

Unless you're buying a used PSP you'll have a difficult time finding one with firmware 1.50. EB Games usually has an in store replacement plan that you can get for new systems and a 30 warranty on used ones....or at least that the way it is here in the states. As far as the firmware issue goes, as long as the version isn't higher than 3.03 you can downgrade to 1.50 if you've got an unpatched version of GTA:LCS. For more info check out the forums at qj.net.
hey ask the guy that works there!
Ask them about the Re-furbishing cost, they should give you like $80 normally, and charge you like $40 to repair it, if it is clearly FUBAR, they will not take it, also, it helps to check for mem sticks, they really cannot take them in anymore, so they just leave them in the psp, you may be able to swing a freebie!
