PSP Firmware & Homebrew

Im so pissed.
I have 2 PSP's (one at my mum's and one at my dad's, my parents are seperated) and one was firmware 2.71.
I found a downgrader for my 2.71 psp and tried it and it worked! I can now use homebrew for my 1.50 psp. One example is the IR remote for the psp. i can control my parent's TV's from my PSP!

But what about my other psp.
I got the downgrader to my other one and went to use it.
Guess what.
I had recently updated this one to the latest firmware.

I AM THE BIGGEST IDIOT IN THE WORLD!!!

Now i can't downgrade and play homebrew on my main psp!

Does anyone else hate Sony's "mission" to eliminate all traces of homebrew that exists on the psp? I do!
They even tried to damage the psp's that had downgraded!
(Yes thats right, if you have a 1.50 psp and you upgrade to the latest firmware it will brick your psp!)

I want to help and find exploits in the psp hardware and software to damage them!

You'd be better off with custom firmware like 3.03 OE-B or 3.10 OE anyways. With these you can run 1.5 homebrew, 3.10 official UMDs, and your own PSone ISOs.

If you upgraded to 3.03 you can downgrade.

Actually a 2.71 downgrade was out September 1st, lol.

I've got two PSPs that are both running 3.03OE-C. One is a launch unit and the other is one with a TA-082 mobo. The TA-082 was downgraded from 3.03 using the GTA downgrader from Noobz. As long as your firmware is 3.03 or less then you can downgrade provided you have an unpatched copy of GTA:LCS.
