Damn, my brother took ST II back before I finished it, & all I know about ST IV is that it involves whales & a Macintosh SE. (or maybe it was a Plus...)

Just like the others said - Mac in IV means it wins. The whole going back in time thing had its moments too, most especially the colorful metaphors. Then again, II does have the classic Spock's death scene, a very touching moment for sure.

Khan, reason being that it ties things up from the series. Khan escapes, Khan fights Kirk, Kirk kills Khan. Too many ks.

IV wins, because it is better. Heck, IV must be the best off all the Star Trek TOS movies.

II wasn't bad, but it wasn't better than IV.
