eh, maybe MGD cases :P....

but otherwise boxes are too flimsy and ugly, IMHO.
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

Very nice. Static might be an issue, but if it's a cheap PC then no worrys.

Rubbermaid tubs also make a sweet case. Some even have a handy handle :P

And here's me thinking that only Solid Snake liked to hide in boxes... Is that a pic you found or is that your computer?

If you did they're long gone. Each and every one of my phpbb installs got hacked. :( (Yes I deleted the install directory.)

I think cardboard's too fragile and weak to use as a long term solution, but at least you don't have to worry about static! :P

bicostp, you seem like a mac person. Just saying.

As for a box PC, I have a feeling that nobody would keep it like that for long. Only someone with adeath wish for hundreds of dollars of equipment.

Tears ensue.

Make a case like Yoshi did, out of cardboard but not out of a cardboard box. That thing doesn't look right.

I got a mini-ITX motherboard (6.7" x 6.7") and built a computer inside the box the motherboard came in (7 x7 x 3), complete with slim CD drive and hard drive. That was some time ago...
