My guess is that someone made the mock-up on the computer, and fed the image into a tv and took a picture of it, especially the one with the projector.

Yeah some are cool but a lot of them are just flat-out horrible.

I laughed at the Power Joy one, dude didn't even bother to photoshop off the names in the Ad.

I think I remember seeing that one where the cradle for the Wiimote is a Gamecube controller. There are a few that look good. Then there are the kinds like this, that are just out right jokes. Though no joke is bigger then when Nintendo changed the name from Revolution to Wii. They might as well put a gun to their head and pull the trigger.
