Hack

No cheats

Accually have to Rip the Save to the Computer, Uncompress it, Change the Town data to what you want using Animal Map, compress it again then Place it back onto the game cart.

Hex save file modification isn't really hacking as far as I see.

Man, you guys fail.

I did a bit of memory editing with my friend's DS on AC:WW; infinite money, jump, move with stylus, etc. And no, not with AR.

EDIT: As gannon said, HEX editing or using a tool that edits HEX for you is not hacking.
