Radica genesis running off 5v?

Does any one know if one of those radica genesis things will work running off 5v from the psone screen? Or would it work from a 12v to 5.2volts converter from a game boy advance sp car charger?

i think they need at least 6 volts but can run higher voltages as mine is running on 7.2

Would you know if it would run ok on 7.5volts? I've noticed on the under side of the radica pcb is a voltage regulator that steps down incoming voltages to 3.3v, to power the goac chip. I think

yeah i think they have been run on as high as 9v or something like that so it should work for you
