A prime example of failure- Willing to pay you MONEY!

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

A prime example of failure- Willing to pay you MONEY!

Post by minkster »

I was planning on making a Snesp a while back, and I tried vacuum forming a case...countless times. My first attempt failed due to the wooden frames breaking. My 2nd and 3rd attempt failed due to the case itself not being deep enough because the plastic did not sag as much as it should have. Today I did my fourth attempt and by golly it would have came out right if it wasn't for the plastic accidently wrinkling! :( Here are some pics:

Here is the mold I used..its made out of clay and plaster

And here was my last attempt...warning...it sucks really bad :x

And there you have it. My snesp still runs off batteries fine and its been a year since I started the project. I laid off on it, but I want to eventually finish it. So I'm asking you benheckers out there with experience in vacuum forming..will you please vacuum form my mold? I will pay for all the expenses needed. Please help a fellow user out
