Zune software crapware?

Zune software crapware?

My friend gave me his Zune to transfer some vids onto. But apparently Microsoft decided to be stupid about HDD access of it, so I DL'd this. However, it requires the Zune software to work. My question is, does the Zune software, put bluntly, suck? I don't want something like AOL syndrome where the friggin' software trys to control everything you do on the computer. I'm just afraid that, as this is a Microsoft product, that it will behave like a Microsoft product. Is it easy to uninstall later? Does it stamp its name over everything on your computer?

well the best i can tell is that the software is really just an altered version of wmp 11 the interface and skins are almost exactly the same. as for how easy to uninstall,,,,,,,,check over at zunerama forums for more detailed info as I have never tried to uninstall amd prolly never will
