Is Guitar Hero...Hard?

My 360 is crying for a new game, and I saw my friend play Guitar Hero 2 on his PS2 and I was green with envy. So, I was considering buying Guitar Hero ...but I also saw some of the videos on Youtube. Is this game good for a guy who is very amateur at playing the game. My main concern is, is the fretboard come down to fast, and especially for an ameteur, would it be hard...even on easy?...enlighten me to fork over 90 bucks for this game.

if you have a ps2, i would definitly say pick it up for the ps2. the 360 version comes with lesss songs, and you have to pay for each song you dload.. ya... ive never played the game, but plan on it, but if you can do DDR on easy, this shouldnt be to hard.

Ahhh, wait, the 360 has less songs? I thought it was everything the PS2 had plus more? Weird, I guess I should just pick up the PS2 version and get a new 360 game...or....

I thought the guitar hero for the 360 had 10 more songs and a bunch of download able content.

Cool, and I just read up on the game, and I found out that easy has only three buttons, making it easier to play...I'm getting this. Also, recommend some 360 games for kicks or why Guitar Hero is very cool.

I've played Guitar Hero two on PS2 and it convinced me to get the 360 version when it comes out. It has a learning curve, but once you play for a bit you get the hang of it. Also, the 360 version will have 10 all new songs and the rumor mill says you'll be able to buy all the songs from the original Guitar Hero over Live. Fun stuff!

360 version has more songs than PS2... anyway, Guitar Hero is not hard on easy or medium, if your a fan of music pick it up. You'll enjoy it.

Hm...I rather disklike the game. I'm a music guy...I play guitars, basses, drums...the works....and the game doesn't spark my interest...
of course, that could just be because it's sooooooo easy for me to play it, and I'm LEFT-HANDED! --guitar is really awkward when played lefty

Get it now. Best game ever... okay that's a bit much, but it's REALLY fun.

When I picked up the first one a while back, me and my brother both started playing on medium... which was pretty easy, actually. Failing a song was considered "weird." Then my mother started playing it, and my stepfather... well, he hates rock. He mostly listens to country... oh, and he's black. Just thought I'd point that out.

(I'm allowed to make black jokes because I have a black stepfather! PWN!)

Either way, if you could, just tell me if I should take it off before you warn me again. I already got warned once because I "replied to a spambot" which... I guess is spam.

So I don't want another one going on my record...

My brother pre-ordered the second one as soon as he could, and we all three play it... pretty much all the time.
