windoze media player11 arrrrrrgggggghhhh!
ok so I am trying to play a dvd on my puter and media player keeps telling me that " my screen resolution is wrong" total BS I have tried every resolution possible and nothing helps, could someone tell me how to fix or at least something that will allow me to play movies on my pc so that i can put them on my zune, cause if i can't play it then I can't put it on zune Helllp!

This is WiMP 11? hmm... does it have any Vista-like digital restriction management built in?
Go download VLC and try that. It shouldn't complain.

Sounds like it might be problem w/ your DVD codec. I'm w/ bicostp; download VLC, it doesn't require a codec & will play just about every format you throw at it. (It'll even read VCD ISO/BIN files!)

Makes me glad I never upgraded my WMP, still version 9, I think, maybe 10. Yes go with VLC, I use it more and more, I might even replace MWP with VLC in my quick launch button section. As for codecs! Go download a open source codecs pack.
