7.2v 3300 mah battery giving off ~13v?!?!?

Well, I accidentaly shorted it just now, and I checked it with 2 multimeters.

They both said ~13(not digital)

What should I do?

Drain or Charge?

Drain completly then charge. See what happens... Then get your money back... Or keep it for a GCp. :D

If it's not digital, are you reading the right scale? Also, it's possible the battery is set up in a way that two 7.4v connections can be bridges and are now stuck in series rather than parallel.

You really think that it warped the battery to perform as a true 13v battery? :?

Open the battery and measure each cell.
