battery question

i have an 8 a 4 and a 1 AA battery holder and i was wondering how i could get these to power my N64p

Well, you could use the 8 battery holder.
That'd give you 9.6 volts, refer to Harshboy's(?) power diagram in the info sticky on how to hook it up.

AA's aren't going to give you much battery life...

You can get the DC-DC converter PTH08000 thing as a free sample from http://www.TI.com, just do a search for it and use any of the models there, they are all about the same. You can get the PS1 screen from Ebay or a fourm member and other various places. To get the battery pack, go to http://www.batteryspace.com I think that is all you need.

couldnt i just get a gamecube screen that has the same time of plug as the N64 and just use a lit bit bigger battery to give them both power with less wiring

That'll screw up colors from what I understand.
There is a big difference between 3v and 3.3.

Maybe it was video something...

I don't remember...

Point is, from what I understand, 3v = bad
