Programming Language for absolute beginner?

I haven't heard RPG Toolkit for quite some time. Never made a game from it, but I bought the CD and all. RPG Toolkit 2. Is 3 out and working? I'm assuming yes, and am asking for screenshots.

3.0.7 is it's current version, but I don't have screenshots because I haven't worked with it in quite some time now... I've probably forgotten how to use it. Though I imagine I'd be much better with the RPG Code now that I've picked up some experience with other code.

RPG code was a cinch. If you don't mind small limits, and a 2D RPG, try this out!

python is easy to learn but limited. I recommend it for learning the basics.
