MY SNES Power Switch doesn't turn it on or off....

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

I have to unplug my Snes mini to turn it off. I checked continuity off the switch and believe it is fine. This started to happen after I was checking for voltage on the 7805 and sparked something near it accidentally.

I think it was the whit...fuse???...but then I just jumped that since I wasn't getting voltage on the one side that feeds the 7805 (I think) and now only the reset button works, not the power switch.

I guesss it's not a big deal just have to plug/unplug everytime I use it :lol:
