That PSP mod looks pretty sweet :) I think the iPod/NES one could've been done better though (with no iPod hacking), but still works I guess :)

You're the one with the NES - Ipod controller! That was a great job.

I like the suction cup for the PS2 contoller :P

And welcome to this land we call Benheck.

Welcome to the forums, it's good to see another well accomplished hacker, game enthusiast, and possible portabilizer join the forums. What firmware does your PSP have? The blue LEDs look really cool, and the controller looks even better.

Welcome,

Should we be watching the homepage?

And as for you, welcome! Those are some really kickass mods! I've seen the Ipod one before, and I thought, "Man, that guy needs to join Benheck."

It is indeed a cool idea, but not mine. It was originally done by cyberpyrot (asidmods site owner) and eventually developed into the dual nub psp's that I build.

Thanks for the positive comments and a warm welcome.

I check the site from time to time and am always impressed with what you guys do. :)

I got one question, are those leds really that bright? Do they annoy you at all while playing?

Awsome mods, ever consider doing mods for a system that is better, like say the DS? All I ever see people use the PSP is for Emulation, or Listening to music/Watching Movies, only game I have ever seen somne play on it was Lumines.

The leds on the psp's that I buid like the one in my sig, are not to bad as the bright spots are covered when your playing (they are REALLY bright though). I wire them to the wifi switch so they can be turned off if they start bothering.

The one on my ps2 con mod is a little irritating as my hand is never in the way. I bridged a couple of resistors to make it brighter but I'll probably change it back.

As for other systems, I am working on a ds at the moment. Should be finished this weekend.
