I did not say LEDs I said electroluminescent fiber( EL wire). It is not a bulb but a light up flexible strand. It is not very complicated but the skill to wire it is far beyond what is required for a simple LED (light emmiting diode). The results are also very far (in a good way) from what an army of LEDs could even think of doing.

Elwire is nothing like an LED and neither are the results but nice joke I have to say.
