I'm for pirate. Unlike them ninja that do nothing but wear black and run around acting like they have some illness. Pirates steal booty and fight scurvy.

I doubt that any ninja has practiced sneaking on a ship which is constantly wobbling about in the ocean. They would first slip, then get up, vomit due to seasickness and slip on their own vomit. Meanwhile the pirates, who are actually more graceful than ninja while on the water, would shoot them.
