the resistors are pretty easy. Start by looking at the LED's. Multiply how many there are by the amperage they take, so 300mA would be .3A. So let's say you have 2 .3A LEDs. 2*.3 is .6. Next, look at what the voltage needs to be, let's say 3 volts. Finally, see what your source voltage is, I'd use the +5v on the 7805. So you would replace the numbers in this equation: (5-3)/.6=r needed, or 3.3 ohms (not a lot, actually)
