Hey,
After reading (yes and searching..) around a bit.

I am wondering. On the 12v line of the n64 what is the lowest voltage you can have here without it [the n64] conking out / having proformance issues?

Wound say 8.4v be enough? Can 7.2 be used?

the 12 volt line goes to a 7805 so 7.2-~32 volts should be fine

I thought I saw a 12v line on the card connecter?

Anyway, can somone also give me a label on the 3 processor chips, and their sizes? Which of the 3 does the most work / is hottest?

You can use 7.2v, even though it's labeled 12v.

All three of the chips need to be heatsinked.

Could I put several old CPU heatsinks / fans on them? I have about 10 of these lying around from old pentium 2s.. how'd you think they would go? They are only around 15mm high (the fins) but are fan assisted... sound ok?

Also for the power, doesn't (other than to one cap) the power get dropped straight down (on the 12v line) to 5v? Could I bypass this and use lower voltage / higher capacity batterys? Or I could just use anotheer dc-dc?

Lastly, what are the exact dimentions of the N64 cart? I don't have one on me....

This sounds okay to me but I would try running it for long periods of time while gaming to make sure but I almost know it would be okay as long as you have enough vents on your case.
