if you want to use that space, you could rework you controller and use it as a place to slip it, and make it an exact fit.

its not that their is loads of space inside its that the top looks bare like bens wii laptop

It would be really awsome if you could incorperate a PS1 orwhat would be even better, one of the small PS2's which should not need to be slimmed down that much to fit it in. I still think this is a good idea if you can find a slim screen so it won't be as large.

I can think of some great ideas that could be used to make a very cool N64 laptop. I f you would like some suggestions please contact me.

Making a laptop would be cool, but there are problems:

1. Basically the motherboard of the N64 is too big.
2. Running wires through the bottom and the top half is a problem.
3. All of the above

If Ben makes a laptop, everyone wants a laptop. If Ben makes a N64p, you guessed it, everyone still wants a laptop.(stupid comments aside)I think this is possible but unless you have made a laptop before or have made a N64p. I would not try this. Both of these projects are hard and if you haven't did at least one of them I would not reccomend it. If you go through with this, please post pics. I want to see an N64 laptop. I thought about one and just decided to start planing a N64p instead. This is not a first but it may be the first N64 laptop on the fourms.

Good idea, also. I would make my own hinges from plastic tubes and cut the bottom of the tube off to make a hole for wires and to give it a nice, even look. Also, you could drill it instead if cuting it. This would be simpler.

Wouldn't do that because the analog stick would stick out, making the laptop hard to close.
