Not responding?

wellp. damn.

I am trying to upload the WTF smily on my site. I'm not really sure how to do so, but what i try to do is paste the url code into send custom smily data. I click the send button. nothing. then it says not responding. every time I do this, it says not responding. same thing when I change the banner.

how do I do this?

forum circle's uploading smilies option is very messed up.

It wont work.

1. Stop saying "join my site" in all your posts. It's obnoxious. (Besides nobody's going to join a knockoff forum, especially when they aren't particularly fond of you.)

I got this after about 5 seconds of loking at the Google results:

You have to upload the image to the local server (probably through FTP). ForumRing (or whatever you use) might not allow this. Go to a few forums there and see if any of them have custom emoticons. If you're still stumped, ask ForumRing.

hell, I tried searching southpark videos for an hour and didnt find anything!

yeah, I guess I'm going crazy with lust for members.
THE WTF SMILY KNOWS ALL! i'm stating if you join, you get to use it.

is there a guide for admins that tells me how to upload smilys?custom smilys?

I used to be a mod on niblet portables, and I noticed it had different smilys. how did you do that SS?

BTW, I use forum circle.
