Wiimote arm cannon

Post by khaag »

I am looking for a cheap wiimote to do the ultimate wiimote mod. I'm building a metroid arm cannon, but I don't want to take my wiimote apart. So if anybody has one that I would be able to use let me know. I would also be interested in doing this as a comission project... actually, I'm more interested in doing it as a comission project...

I'll post pictures of my progress so far later when I sand the bondo. Hey, maybe I'll even be able to enter this in the bondo-off...

Anyway, let me know if anyone is interested.

Dude, you might as well be asking everyone for $40.... and no offense, but I doubt anyone would give you a wii remote for free

I'm not asking for a free wiimote  I'm asking if anybody would be willing to pay me to build them a wiimote armcannon... Sorry if I wasn't being clear.

No offense, but who in their right mind would hire you to build something so tough, when you have no previous mods to show your skill?

Is metroid even out yet? Do you know for sure what the controlls are even going to be on the Wii-mote? :?

At the moment you can find some cheaper wiimotes on ebay from wiiplay bundles.

I don't have any previous experience, but I'll show you what I have going on with it later. Really, when I build it, I want to sell it.

PICK ME!

It only semi-works, but if you take it apart, I bet the problem would be obvious. It's probably the batteries. How much you got?

If you're looking at this post and it was made before 2008, just ignore it.

I want it too, I'll even send you the case back after I gut it if you want it to mod it.

Well here's a pic of what I have done so far... its not much, but it gives the general idea. I still have to sand some more, fix up the imperfections with spot putty, and put on some more pieces, but I thought I'd show what I have to give you guys an idea of where I will be going with this.

As of right now, I've put this on hold... I'm trying to finish my guitar first.
