I have bout 3-5 dell batterys but i wanted to know would i be able to use those for anything?

You can probably use them in a portable or anything else that requires the voltage they produce, but you have to use the laptop they were designed for to recharge them. (They're most likely Li-Ion batteries, which catch fire and explode if you use a cheap charger on them.)
